Chianti is known around the world for its high-quality wine, the Chianti Classico. The Chianti country is close to Florence, just a few minutes to get out of the city to be surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, forests, and farms.

Don’t miss a chance to discover Chianti! We’ll pick you up in Florence, or at your B&B if you ask for it and bring you by car to the starting point in the Chianti area. We’ll provide professional bikes and helmets for a perfect ride. I will choose the best course for you according to your desires and needs, providing extra equipment if needed, like bike trailers, child seats, or e-bikes.

During the ride, I will explain everything about the surroundings and give you some suggestions for a better biking experience. You’ll ride through vineyards and olive groves, on a gravel path or single tracks if you like, into forests and between fields. Your wheels will roll into a painting made by nature, with you in the typical Tuscan background landscape.

Finally, we will finish our Chianti bike tour at an authentic family farm, visiting the cellars, surrounded by the unmistakable smell of the old barrels, where you’ll discover how they produce the world-famous Chianti Classico wine.

After that you’ll enjoy some of the wine, tasting different blends of grapes, homemade bruschetta with extra-virgin olive oil, cheese, cured meat, and other typical Tuscan food.
